I purchased the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate edition on steam. It comes with 51 individual DLC items. The base game works perfectly but NONE of the DLC items are accessible. All tabs on the setup page are inaccessible except for the Home Creative Hub tabs and even then some actions are locked. Then later got the ultimate add-ons pack, which gives you the 2 DLC maps, vip pass, a few car packs and double exp that you would receive by buying the ultimate edition. So if you're not sure it's probably best to get standard first and then you can upgrade to ultimate later. (: (Also I'm pretty sure it says the difference on the steam store)

Grab the Ultimate Edition. It contains all of the DLCs excluding the Hot Wheels Car Pack and the treasure map, but you're doing fine without them. Be sure to get the free DLCs before the delisting (Mitsubishi Car Pack, 1967 Sunbeam Tiger and 1979 Talbot Sunbeam Lotus).

hi just unlocked online, im like lvl 3, it shows that I have the 104 car package and everything is purchased, it shows in green"FREE" but when I press enter, it says"content already purchased". do I need higher lvl to unlock the cars? because I have 5 cars right now only owned so far

Wait, Ultimate Edition don't include all DLC? :: Forza Horizon 4 ...
I added the remaining DLC to my basket and to get a complete edition you need to spend an extra 64,91 EUR in addition to the 99,99 EUR for the Ultimate Edition. What is wrong with them. I was thinking about getting the ultimate edition regardless of the price, since I was waiting for this game to be released on Steam for so long.

Both expansions are still active aswell. It's totally worth it. $35 is a great price for it now to be honest. For singleplayer, sure, you'll get some fun out of it. For multiplayer, from my experience, you spend up to 20 minutes waiting between races/playground games events for seemingly no reason.
